Raw Material Collection

We source high-quality coconut husks from trusted suppliers.

Washing & Storing

Husks are washed thoroughly to remove salts and impurities and stacked in the yard for further process

Crushing & Sieving

Dry husks are crushed to extract coir fiber & cocopeat , which is then sieved to eliminate large fibers and dust, ensuring uniform granularity. This cocopeat is moved to stack yard.

Washing & Drying

Cocopeat is triple washed to maintain EC & PH level and sun dried under hygienic conditions for moisture control.

Buffering (Optional for Low EC blocks)

For special orders, cocopeat undergoes buffering with calcium nitrate to reduce excess potassium/sodium and make it plant-friendly.

Compression into Blocks

Processed cocopeat is compressed into 5kg/650g blocks using hydraulic press machines, with consistent density and dimensions.

Quality Inspection

Each batch is tested for EC, pH, moisture, and contaminants. Only blocks passing all standards are moved for packing.

Packaging,Palletizing & Loading

Blocks are shrink-wrapped or packed in LDPE/UV-treated bags, labeled, and barcoded for traceability. Packed blocks are stacked on wooden/plastic pallets and loaded into containers for optimized loadability (approx. 24-26 tons per 40HQ).
